Nurses
Qualifications:
- Must be a Filipino citizen
- Primary place of residence is the Philippines
- Certificate of completed nurse’s training (four years of professional education – Bachelor of Science in Nursing or B.S.N.)
- Valid/Active Philippine Nursing License
- Minimum of two years professional nurse experience in hospitals, rehabilitation centers or care institutions
Required Documents:
- Cover letter and Curriculum Vitae (written in English)
- Colored Passport Photo (attached to Curriculum Vitae)
- High School Diploma (notarized copy)
- Diploma of Nursing (notarized copy)
- Board Certificate and copy of license from Philippine Regulation Commission
- Certificate/s of Employment from former employer/s (notarized copy)
- Certificate of German language skills (if available)
- Copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Copy of valid passport

Employment Process
STEP 1: Pre-qualification Process
- Local Manpower Pre-qualification
- Employer’s Interview
STEP 2: Training and Recognition
- Language course from A1 to B2 conducted online or through accredited schools
- Professional Nursing Orientation
- Preparation of Recognition Documents
STEP 3: Pre-Deployment
- Pre-Departure Employment Orientation Seminar (at OWWA office)
- Medical Exam (through DOH accredited Facilities)
- Contract Signing
- Visa Preparation
- Pre-departure Briefing
*Average estimated deployment date may be twelve (12) to fourteen (14) months from the time of application. This accounts for the period between the selection interviews, as well as the preparations to meet the required German-language proficiency. Candidates that already meet the language skills may be deployed earlier.
Processing Fees and Related Costs
(to be paid directly to the POEA)
- POEA Processing Fee (USD100.00 or its peso equivalent)
- OWWA Contribution (USD25.00 or its peso equivalent)
- PhilHealth Contribution (Php1,200.00)
- Home Development Mutual Fund Contribution (Php100.00).
- Bond of Php 20,000* (as insurance for the Agency’s full assumption of the German Language Course. Refundable after presentation of Philippine OCE Receipt) *No Bond is required if the applicant chooses to self-pay the Tuition for the said course.

- Medical Examination (via any Philippine Department of Health-accredited clinic)
