Are there interviews involved?
Yes, there are three interviews: one with the German Agency for Language assessesment, then with the nursing school and last with the training institution.

Moving to Germany for an Ausbildung is an investment in your future. To help you plan your finances, we have outlined the estimated costs you will encounter during the process.
 1.  What are the initial costs for language preparation?
- German Language Course: Php 86,000-100,000 (approx.) – This is paid directly to the language school. Many schools offer flexible payment plans, so you can pay in installments.We can endorse you to Gottes Segen , our Language School Partner who can offer friendly terms due to our partnership.
- German Language Exam: Approximately ₱10,000 – ₱10,500. You have the flexibility to choose your preferred exam center and pay them directly.
2.  What is the German Agency Fee and what does it cover?
Starting December 15, 2025, the agency fee is €1,500 + 19% VAT. We use an installment-based payment system to align with your application’s progress:
- Downpayment (€200): Required after passing your B2 language exam and when you are ready for school interviews. Please note: This is non-refundable.
- Balance Payment:Â Charged only once your Employer and School Contracts are secured.
Your fee covers the following premium services:
- Full processing of your Zeugnisanerkennung (qualification recognition).
- Wohnung (Housing) assistance to ensure you have a decent living space.
- Interview coaching and contract securing.
- Document authentication and liaison with German/Philippine authorities.
- Pre-departure orientations.
3.  How much should I budget for Visa Processing?
The estimated cost for translations and visa-related fees is ₱30,000 – ₱50,000.
Note:Â While we provide all the necessary documentation for your application, we do not process the visa itself. You may choose to handle this independently or use a recommended agency where CBB applicants receive exclusive discounts.
4.  What about travel expenses?
A one-way economy flight ticket typically ranges from ₱19,606 to ₱34,882.
Prices vary based on dates and layovers. We recommend booking early to secure the best rates. You also book this on your own.
